Säzän Group is a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and engineering firm with 6 national offices – primarily along the west coast and southwest regions. Their Tempe, Arizona office is located in a prime location across for the ASU Stadium, right off popular Mill Ave. The interior was designed to have a very cool, industrial esthetic but they wanted to have a mural installed that would infuse the space with bold colors, while also showcasing the beautiful views found right outside their office. I had a great time designing this mural, carefully planning out how I would highlight Camelback mountain, "A" mountain, the Papagos, Tempe Town Lake, the lightrail, and the variety of vegetation and outdoors amenities that are readily available to those that live and work in downtown Tempe.
