I often have to force myself to stop and acknowledge how lucky I am that I get paid to do what I love. I get to create. It is truly one of the things that makes me happiest in this world. What's even more meaningful to me is when I get to create art that really tugs at the heart strings. This is the latest commissioned piece I just finished for a friend that is under going a hard time. The concept was to create a piece that reflects her skills as a yoga instructor, that will help her channel the very same energy of peace, hope and strength that she helps others to channel during their practice with her.
